Between Meyer, Harbaugh, Franklin, D'Antonio, and now Smith the Big Ten is loaded with high profile coaches.

The Ivy league is in the less competitive of the Div I teams, but...
The Ivy League was reclassified to I-AA (FCS) following the 1981 season and plays a strict ten-game schedule. Although it qualifies for an automatic bid, the Ivy League has not played any postseason games at all since 1956, citing academic concerns.
I mean, think about it, who the fuck goes to Harvard for the football?

If they want to give him a scholarship for it, then ok. But don't expect any NFL scouts in his future.

He has high grades, is good at football, and is also ethnically diverse. He has opportunities that my son will never have because of my son's skin color.

It;s good in the sense that it's $, right?
Many of the bottom quarter of students at Ivy League schools are athletes. Why? Because otherwise, they would basically be failures at those schools with such high competition, and they won't be the top academic students. But, being able to compete in sports against other less talented schools actually gives them a leg up in life in terms of life success.
"If I could just get Andre McGee in a room for 10 minutes, I would say to him: 'Why would you do this? What purpose did it serve? We didn't need this to get recruits,'" Pitino said. "We're not Kentucky, where we're recruiting the one-and-dones. We have a different way we recruit.
That's awesome. He turned a massive scandal that threatens his job into a jab at a rival school.

The MSM is trying to sell us on how great this tournament is, but I think this weekend was the latest example of why it's the worst ever.
College basketball has become a wasteland of zero talent. The one and done rule has got to go. It's destroying the game.
In related news, I'm the kiss of death right now. I picked MSU to win it all and they're gone. I drew Kansas' name out of a hat for a Sweet Sixteen pool and they're gone. I was rooting for the Big 10, and they're all gone. The last time I placed a bet was on the Golden State fucking Warriors and they LOST!!!! Just a bad, bad streak.
So taking all that into account, Go Syracuse!

Hah!
I dunno, I've rather enjoyed the tournament. Setting aside my fanboyism of the Heels... I've still enjoyed it. The Syracuse - Virginia game was thrilling. Several other close games and comebacks. Turmoil. I mean, that's what March Madness is supposed to be about. Final weekend, only 1 #1 seed left. (Go Heels!)
