Ha I JUST responded to my sister's repost of that. She posted some dumb translation of her name, and another relative jumped in and said they weren't accurate, then I answered:

When I do my name it says "Sexual Tyrannosaurus" so I'm pretty sure it's accurate.

There was one posted on reddit today where the person put in SHIT HEAD as the name and it said something about it being from the Egyptian for Marvelous Warrior or some crap.
