Steam is destroying me with free games lately. Not sure how they got priority in my suggestion list, maybe because of Clicker Heroes?
Anyway, it's a 20MB download.
Like The Plan, it's more of a story or tech demo than game. There's a few puzzles here, but it took me about 4 minutes during lunch to beat it, and most of that time was watching the character crawl around going from one place to another.
