We got home at dinner time last night and I sure as hell wasn't going to cook a meal, so I went and grabbed some 'Bell.

I used to use the "Hot" sauce, but that was just a formality because it's not like a tongue could actually detect any hotness.

Then they came out with "Fire" sauce and I was excited for a minute, but then I had it and again, it barely registered. Maybe a little tangy.

Now they have "Diablo" and I have been fooled too many times.... but I can actually taste a little heat in this one, slightly.

To give you a baseline on my tongue's ehat tolerance, the last time I was at a BW3's was about 3 years ago, and I found their "hot sauce," barely half way up the heat scale of their available sauces, to be too hot to fully enjoy. By the 4th wing it is starting to hurt.

So it isn't like I've completely burned away my taste buds or anything. I'm just saying taco bell could do a lot better with their food by not tapdancing with the lowest common denominator taste buds, being afraid of hurting the tongues of old ladies and children.

Feeding your child Taco Bell is child abuse.

I have notified Social Services.

I had the traditional "Running to the Toilet" about 90 minutes after I ate.

That entire chain produces some of the foulest "food" I've ever had the misfortune to walk within a block of.
