tagline:
"Civ 5 and Beyond Earth had a 4x fantasy baby in the Endless universe"

This is game is so much fun. I thought it was too easy on Normal, but it starts being a challenge immediately on hard. I also love how many anomalies there are, every game is different.

Races i'm ok with:

Elves (+1 industry per forest is the big one, crank out cheap elves and focus on getting them uprgraded ASAP or assimilate some Minotaurs)

Drakken (their level 1 unit is a tanky beast, easily able to have 300+ HP by the time you reach the second tech phase) A bit OP if you just crank the baby dragons and compliment them with Wyverns.) They get crazy diplomancy powers, too.

Races I'm terrible with:

Everyone else

I bought this for me and my kid. He hasn't played it yet though. I went through the tutorial and played about 15 minutes of one game. So, wanna 1v1 me bro?

Isn't the joke that Troy lost interest in the game before he even finished that post about it?

Ha, no. This one is sticking. (i guess that is the joke, though)

And sure, 2v2 preferable to a deathmatch, but I'll definetly play! Tonight or Sunday are good.

If the Panthers bomb out to Arizona i'm gonna be cranky as fuck.

Kelvin and Stewart better be in top form. And Cam. Fortunately for you, Arizona has shitty offense and I have to hate on them because of what the Bidwills did in '87.

Won't be ready for a game that soon. I should probably win my first game before multi playing.

I just need to hurry up so we get at least one game in. . .

I've still got a ways to go in this one. I just realized this weekend you could design your own faction.

Played it for about 45 minutes, was really hoping it'd be similar to Civ5, and I was totally wrong. It was nothing like Civ5 =/

So far I'm extremely confused, really all I'm doing is trying to play it like Civ5 and it's obviously not working. Everything is just wayyyyy to different, I might go back and try again here someday, but I think I'll just be going back to the 'ol Civ5. Nothing really beats it, it's too awesome.

So, instead of giving the game a chance. You wanted an exact clone, didn't see it and you are moving on? Did you even go through the tutorial? Or did you just look for all the Civ5 shortcuts, units, tech tree, etc and give up when you couldn't find them? If you aren't even going to try to play the game, why bother posting about it?

I gave my opinion about the game like everyone else does, and said I going to play it again some other day. Everyone else on here also says they'll never play a game again in their posts. Should they not have posted either? Or is it just me who shouldn't.
