Apparently, the film is made to humanize his character and early word is that audiences will feel for him.
This is why middle America looks down on Hollywood.
They don't want child molestors portrayed as heroes.
They don't give standing ovations to child molestors.
They don't think a graphic sex scene between a 10 year old boy and a 30+ year old woman is art.
