Texas A&M haven't announced their move yet.
What would you do?
Knowing that the evidence makes it obvious he took money, but wondering if the NCAA can prove it, do you start him or sit him? You're playing the Temple Owls. If you can't beat them without him, you've got bigger issues.
Based on what we know, if they play him, and then he's found innocent later, the fix was in, which this being the SEC, we know that's the case anyway...

Johnny Manziel was suspended for the first half of Texas A&M's opening game against Rice on Saturday for what the school called an ''inadvertent'' violation of NCAA rules by signing autographs.
The penalty appears to have brought a quick end to an investigation that could have ruined the seventh-ranked Aggies' upcoming season.

According to the statement, Texas A&M and the NCAA ''confirmed there is no evidence Manziel received money in exchange for autographs based on currently available information and statements by Manziel.''

I wish I could write about how stunned I was by this ruling, but sadly I fully expected it.
If the NCAA was a government, its people would be rioting in the streets. People commenting on ESPN's article are 99% negative on this ruling.
Between ESPN and the NCAA's obvious biased towards the SEC it's impossible for the rest of the country to get a fair shake. I'm really looking forward to watching four SEC teams in the playoffs every year...

Either there's the possibility of something being there, and they need to investigate, or everything is fine. But there's NO WAY they know that by now.
Although, I can't be too outraged, I'm not really a fan of the NCAA keeping these people from getting paid in some manner.

I really wish someone had not paid for my education, room and board, food, transportation, had assistants help me with everything, etc.
Point being, it's not about them getting paid, it's about them getting paid MORE.
If they do end up getting paid, ala the NFL where teams can bid on players, it will be the disastrous for not only the college sports world, but also the professional sports world, including our Olympic teams.

And that's the problem with ESPN right now. They either no longer report negative SEC stories or they downplay them. They also act as a recruiting arm for the SEC. All because they're airing SEC games. I guarantee you if they make that deal with the Big Ten or the PAC Ten and all you'd hear about is positive stories about those conferences.

ESPN and the SEC just signed some massive new deal that has critics from all corners saying that ESPN's coverage has changed.
Also, looking at those numbers, 2.2 BILLION for second tier rights? That might explain why their stories have been so positive towards the SEC. You can't sell the second tier guys if the first tier guys get caught cheating or get knocked down a few pegs in public perception.
The BTN can pay 2.8 billion and be biased. Hell, it's right in their name.
