Try some. Good, not overly hoppy, solid. Kickass cans. One adorns my cube.

Don't care for pale ale too much. I don't like bitter.

Bitter fits well with me ... for some reason.

I keep wondering if my taste will change someday... but for now I am a malt head.

Gordo, find some beer recipes with lactose.
Or just make a dark beer (maybe a porter) and throw some lactose in it.

When I first started homebrewing I wasn't into bitter stuff and preferred sweet, but soon I fell in love with hops. My favorite homebrew ever was a double IPA.
