I have heard of astronauts going crazy after landing on the moon. I mean what do you do after that.
Is Tiger absolute power corrupts absolutely. Is he just a dick. He really got caught with his pants down. Is he stuck in a rut because he pretty much has nowhere to go in golf?
Christ I get horny to but he has everything and everything to lose. What you all think?

He shouldn't have gotten married in the first place.

What does he have to lose, besides half? Won't he still be a gozillionaire?

Elin Nordegren Woods originally would "only" receive $20 million from Woods after 10 years of marriage. In light of the current scandal, it has been said that Elin Nordegren Woods' prenuptial agreement has been increased by $55 million to $75 million, and the time frame she must remain married to Woods dropped from 10 years to 7 years. In addition, she would receive a $5 million one-time payment. This amounts to an $80 million payout for Elin Woods, not to mention any funds she would receive for child support should she and Tiger divorce.

I'm kinda agreeing with Thib on this one.

Welp, he may have lost a shitload in endorsements and a divorce, but I can't really summon up any sympathy. He's still got to be loaded.

I'm sure a lot of long legs will still be spreading for him in sympathy for his loss.

I can do nothing but feel bad for Tiger.

Sure, he cheated on his super model wife, but let's be honest here (and this will be very unpopular with our female forum members, but...):
1. It's a natural urge for a man to want to "spread his seed".
2. Just because she's beautiful doesn't mean she's good in bed and/or not a soul sucking bitch from which there is no escape.

I'm not saying she is, nor am I saying Tiger wasn't wrong. I am saying that this issue is never as "black and white" as people want to make it.

Back to feeling bad for Tiger, he has constantly been exploited by a media/hype machine that has been so relentless that folks hate HIM for it. Now when he's at his lowest, instead of helping the man they profit off of, they kick him while he's down for more profit. Then when he's back on tour, they're both kick him, and ride his skills for profit once again. Thought you heard too much Tiger before? Wait until next year's golf season. All we'll hear about is his affairs and marriage and how they're affecting his golf game.

And while we're on the subject of the mistresses, let's talk about the truth that isn't being discussed, and that's how these "mistresses" make all women look.

Here's an Asian-black guy who doesn't exactly have a perfect face and apparently isn't terribly well hung (as one of the "mistresses" thought was important to share), but happens to be rich and famous.

So, remove the rich and famous and does he ever get laid? Do these 7, 8, 9 or however many women there are put out for Tiger if he's not loaded and famous? No way. In fact, I'd also point out that he wouldn't be married to a super model. Even if you want to claim that's only because he wouldn't have the chance to meet her, I'd cry "bullshit". These types of women aren't attracted to real people. They're attracted to money and fame.

Point being, these women are nothing more than prostitutes. The only difference between them and a woman in an alley sucking off a pimp for a crack rock is that the celeb they threw themselves at hasn't made them stoop to that level...yet.

If you do things that will make your life a living hell when/if they become public knowledge, either don't do that thing or get really good at lying about it. I've got zero sympathy for him on that front.

2. Just because she's beautiful doesn't mean she's good in bed and/or not a soul sucking bitch from which there is no escape.

Possibly. Sounds like the sort of shit he should've thought about BEFORE getting hitched, though. I didn't see anyone putting a gun to his head forcing him to walk up to the altar. & as you've pointed out, if he's got a cornucopia of pussy to choose from, why get married at all?

I dont feel bad for Tiger, he made his decisions, the end. I think if you're going to marry someone, you either stick with them, or do something with their agreement. It is natural for a man to want to sleep around, but doesn't mean you should.

*FUCK - I was thinking, and holding the shift key and suddenly Windows turned something on and made all my keypresses little clicks, like some African language*

At any rate, yeah, he has all of them cuz of money, including his wife. But, apparently she thought it was more than just money.

This is not a shot at you or anything, but call me after your 5th year of marriage. I'll be very interested to see if your opinion changes a bit.

I'm not saying I disagree, but marriage is the biggest unknown you will ever face in your life.

I dont feel bad for Tiger, he made his decisions, the end.

You missed my point. I don't feel bad for him because of his situation. I feel bad for him because of the hype machine. That's not his fault, but he suffers because of it whether he's a saint or a serial cheater.

But, apparently she thought it was more than just money.

Not necessarily. She might have just been worried about her meal ticket leaving.

We don't know what was going on in that house. For some reason their pre-nup states that they have to be married for ten years. WTF is that all about? She might have turned off the sex after two kids. The two kids ensue payment forever, and if she gets him to divorce her, she gets even more.

NOT saying that's what she was doing, but it's a possibility.

One of many.

I'm not defending Tiger, just pointing out some flaws in the coverage and opinions I've seen in the MSM.

I mean, why has nobody stated that there are 9 other "villains" in this story? Why are all the women being portrayed as victims? Why do I know that Tiger "isn't half black below the waist"?

Update: Apparently we're up to 10 now.

I haven't seen anyone portrayed as a victim except his wife. And, still, the hype machine was something he either let grow, or fueled.

As I said before -- there's NO reason whatsoever why he HAD to get married. None. At. All. You do unnecessary or unwarranted shit, you invite unpleasant consequences.

One of the morning news shows said they can stop using him on their products but he still gets paid for a long time.

I don't blame him or his people for the hype. Win 14 majors and they're going to hype you no matter who you are...look at Pete Sampras.

That's a completely unrealistic argument. Life and women aren't that black and white.
