Yeah, the idea of it being a license has been beat down in the courts for years.... so glad to see that happening.

Cool. It wouldn't be hard to be compliant with that concept, just give users the ability to gift away their rights to play a certain game. Let the users worry about the rest of the details. And if someone wants to use that as a way to cheat the system and share a game with their friends by passing it back and forth, then so be it. They could do the same thing with physical versions, and most people won't go to that much effort to save a few measly bucks.
