Seems like whenever there's a high-profile murder, the killer is known by all 3 names:
Lee Harvey Oswald
James Earl Ray
Mark David Chapman
John Wayne Gacey
etc.

and now this guy in Norway. You think the press do this to prevent "Michael Bolton syndrome?"

Jerry: David Berkowitz, Ted Bundy, Richard Speck...
Alice: What about them?
Jerry: Serial killers. Serial killers only have two names. You ever notice that? But lone gunmen assassins, they always have three names. John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, Mark David Chapman...
Alice: John Hinckley. He shot Reagan. He only has two names.
Jerry: Yeah, but he only just shot Reagan. Reagan didn't die. If Reagan had died, I'm pretty sure we probably would all know what John Hinckley's middle name was.

Although, John Wayne Gacy is the exception. I wonder why?

Liberal media trying to impugn John Wayne?
It's not me, it's someone else.

?

Not sure if that was about my quote since it has "Jerry" talking, but those are the character names. Sorry, I should have posted the movie title. Conspiracy Theory is the movie, Jerry is Mel Gibson, and Alice is Julia Roberts.

Oh. It sounds like something Seinfeld would say, though.

Just seeing the Jerry made me think for a moment that it was from Seinfeld too. The Joel Rifkin/Elaine dates a serial killer episode.
