Identify this plant for me.

I think it might not be what you think it is. Is that all of the plant or is there more (I think I see a stem jutting upwards)?

Cluster of buds near the top. That one was about 2 feet high.

I found another actually flowering... I have no idea if cannabis flowers. No real world experience with it.

Anyway, it is all over my back lot that I let grow wild (technically the railroad's property, but mine for all intents and purposes).

Technically, it does flower, but not like that. Definitely not it.

It is called Cheeselweed. Old people use to and still make a poltis (Sp) out of it and put on joints that are painfull.
