Ok, but I submit that's a stupid term. What's a second generation immigrant? The word "immigrant" only needs a "legal" or "illegal" qualifier, not a number.
Never heard the term "first generation immigrant" in my life. I've heard "X generation American" a lot though.

I thought maybe they left, had a kid elsewhere, and then when that kid came they were second generation. Then repeating the process, their kid would be third generation. The last several disney productions, from Pixar movies to MCU shows, the female protagonist is either explicitly, or implied to be, queer/bisexual.
HBO stuff, too. In Last of Us, whatsherface had a girlfriend.
Forget representations of minority groups.... little girls are going to think being heterosexual isn't a thing that exists at all. So the majority will feel like freaks. Well done.

I mean, I did notably not see "is homosexual" on that graphic. I think the majority is (surprisingly) ok with same sex relationships as long as they are gender normative. I was just talking to my parents over drinks about this - to some people/generations/cultures - T's just give people the "ick". I'm not sure they should have to apologize for that, but I don't think we should propose 34 laws against them, Texas, this week.

I think the agreed upon number is much higher than 3%? Enough that people are ok with seeing it.
I think the youngest generation is always the gayest. They even out as they age but they gotta be double the 5-6%.

No argument. I've always recognized the big religions believe in "get them while they're young."
So I guess as a society we're selective in the grooming we'll allow.... even though it could be argued that organized religion has spilled more blood than any other thing, and that's the thing we're ok with.
