Not one, but two more sequels are being discussed. Oh, but this time they'll be good because they'll be in 3D...
It seems like Hollywood is going through a learning process that the gaming industry struggles with: story versus aesthetics.

It's fine. They can't hurt the franchise any more than they have. Most people already say there was only 1 Matrix movie as a defense mechanism.

They can't hurt the franchise any more, at least as far as I am concerned, because I no longer care. Same with Lucas and the Star Wars prequels. The damage has already been done, and nothing short of a hugely awesome smash hit will make me give a shit, again.
