One of the 8 indy films selected for national release at the After Dark Horror Festival. This is the fourth year.
The box cover says it's the best of it's genre since "Shaun of the Dead". That set off warning bells in my head, but it honestly wasn't that bad. That line is a lie, of course. Zombieland was just as recent and far better than this, but this film does have it's moments.
The problem is that the film has no flow. It's a helter skelter mix of random people's stories that kind of tie together, but not really.
I'd say it's worth a buck or a viewing on cable, but nothing more.
4 out of 10.
