This is one of the Ghost House Underground independent films.
The father of an autistic girl decides to remove her from a hospital only to wind up trapped within a twisted version of it. He and a small group then have to survive while figuring out what happened.
Ok, once I found out what this really was, an kinda movie/kinda ad for a Finnish rock band called Lordi (think GWAR), I realized it wasn't as bad as I thought, but it also still isn't good.
It's just there.
If you're wondering, the band apparently helped fund it and each showed up in the film as monsters. It should be noted that they didn't need make up as they simply appeared as themselves in their band makeup. Didn't you see where I said "Think GWAR"?
Anyway, the film has no surprises as you'll know what the catalyst is right out of the gate. That means the journey has to carry the story and it doesn't do a great job.
Only true indy horror film fans need to rent this one.
