Right now, I have a level 3 Q16 command agent and a level 3 Q-2 security agent in the Oipo III - Moon 8 Spacelane Patrol Logistic Support station. For those of you that want to run two level 3 agents in a .8+ sec area at the same time.

Fast travel, Friends Nearby, sounds like the ideal mission running system to me!

I've got 36k LP on my current, so I'm cool.
I really want to start running lvl 4s, but that's just not an option.

I think my agent hates me.
For 31k LP he offered me a Caldari Navy Standard Missile Launcher.

Accepted a level 4 last night. It was Guristas, so I wasn't too concerned about dying, specially since none of the listed ships had warp scramblers.
The first wave was 13 cruisers and 1 BS. With 88% kinetic resist, I could take out the cruisers 2 at a time, warp, dock, come back. Then I attacked the BS. I couldn't break it down using basic heavy missile launchers. Malcolm came over and helped me finish that up.
There was another BS in another phase, but Malcolm left. Troy hopped over and we cleaned it up rather handily (more Troy than me, obviously).
While we certainly couldn't individually take level 4s, I bet we could group most of them pretty easily. It'd be a safe alternative to corp outings that people could easily drop in and out of, with 0% pod-kill risk. Then, we could also build LPs towards faction BSs and other bigger items.

Troy, just saw the following regarding LP offers
@ 60k lp you can get 4 x +3 implants. just reject offers till you get those.
Also Confirmed @ 120k Lp you get 8 x +3 implants.
And other people still mentioning 15k +3 offers, so I'd say hold out if you can/want.

I am officially moving to Oipo.
There is an excellent level 4 in the system next door (sec 0.7) (Isinokka)
There are also: L2 Q6 at Isinokka and L2 Q7 (same base, I think)
Even despite the war with the corp, I think we should all move there for convenience factor. We've got Level 2-4 agents and it's near 0.0 for outings.

I'll be back on this weekend. Someone let me know if I should load up the stuff from the corp hangers at Sankk and ship it over to Oipo. Might take two trips.
