Yeah, it doesn't help.
But the guilt thing is a formality at the moment. I'd enjoy hearing a conspiracy crackpot theory that exonerates him of all the responsibility he's most likely got.

The story is likely mostly fine, but that cover was a very bad choice of picture. That cover makes him look like a rock star, not a indiscriminate murderer.
