They kill people. But seriously, I work around what must be half a dozen shipping/trucking hubs. Most of them drive for shit and have little regard for other people on the road.
Bah, the legal system in this country has long since done away with that notion. Regulations are ironclad. That's why no one can obtain a gun illegally.
