Is major brain damage a requirement for working at a grade or middle school now?

Makes sense to me, don't want those little nazi skinhead girls to come to their school and all.

Saw that one. I figure if every kid in the school showed up with a shaved head, the school would get over their case of dumb ass pretty quick as the money from the states dries up due to low attendance.
