Personally, I'm still in favor of any public official who is found by a federal judge to have attempted to violate the constitution (whether through executive decree or legislation) to be immediately removed from public office and not allowed to run for any office or accept any appointment for a period of at least ten years.
But no one not sitting a judicial bench gives a shit about the constitution anymore, I guess.

1) If that's so, they shouldn't be swearing to uphold a document they clearly do not understand, and
