They've been classified as a gang by the FBI for years. The lawsuit is new, though. Wonder how that will go...

I saw something on TV last year where it classified them as a gang.
I watch Gangland on occasion, so it could have been that show.
It think it's too loose of an affiliation to be considered a gang. You might as well call raiders fans a gang.
Come to think of it, if a Raiders fan and a KISS fan had a baby you'd get a Juggalo.
