Some are funny.
However, how realistic is it? I don't know their states, counties, provinces, whatever.

Do Brits have, uh, subdivisions? Kent? Is that a town, or a isle or something?
Yeah, those people know way more about the US than I know about the UK.

The kingdom itself actually consists of 4 distinct "nations" plus maybe some independent things like the Isle of Man: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
These in turn have counties, which often end in "-shire." They recently (i.e., last 30 years or so) re-organized those.

Jeebus help you if you mistake one for the other. It's astounding how much they hate each other yet still stay together as a "kingdom."
