Chest and breast girths, a restricted anthropometric profile, suprasternal notch to nipple distances, and body mass index were measured, and breast mass was estimated.

Literally by hand, no doubt.

You know, sometimes i think that way... but this time it is just stupid. And their justification that it will provide valuable data for the bra manufacturing industry is just insulting.

I disagree, if the data is detailed enough it could be valuable to those looking at bra materials. Currently most differences in bra sizes don't get into that much detail from a material sciences standpoint, at least according the complaints of my well-endowed friends. Maybe this will help.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I think it's stupid to be spending tax money on this. But I think that about almost everything the government spends money on.

But even so I wouldn't call the information worthless.
