It’s not the first time Scalia has voiced his opinion on homosexuality. His method of interpreting the Constitution—he calls himself a “textualist,” because he interprets the words in the Constitution as they were meant at the time they were written—makes certain Court decisions “easy,” he said in October.

I guess it does. Any one who's not straight white, male, Protestant gets fucked.

So, murdering Scalia should be punished as equivalent to fucking him?

It's a stupid headline. He's pointing out that we morally take stands on things we believe and make them illegal. We think murder is wrong, we make laws against it. It appears everyone Justice Scalia fucks must die, because he's equating it to murder. Maybe he should get checked for STDs. This is one of the problems with "appointment for life" ... it's not "appointment until proof positive you're a fucking moron."
