Scholarships
Honestly, I don't see any issue with this program. What's good for one race, sex, religion, nationality, etc. should be good for any other. Plus, the requirement is that an applicant be 25% or more Caucasian.

I don't see how they can strike this down without also taking out every other minority scholarship out there.

Whites != minority. Therefore, it's perfectly ok to discriminate against them.

In Texas, whites are indeed a minority now.
