I'm not sure this is that big of a deal.

Yes, it will probably make the web friendlier for some. However, since websites can be created in any language and a URL, even in a foreign language, is easy to learn or distribute, will this really "make the web more accessible"?

I see this impacting regionally based sites, and nothing global, except probably phishing attacks.

I think it's logical, and would benefits people who speak non-Latin-character based languages.

But, kinda like English is the language of science, I dont see it being a huge deal.

As long as other people link to the korean porn with the korean url, i'll be fine.
