So what's the deal with the place? I see it marketed as a "Check E. Cheese for adults" with beer and grownup food and then I get there and it is all the same games as Chuck E Cheese, up to and including the tickets you trade in for shitty kid prizes. Oh yeah, also a 10:1 Kids:Adults ratio, and signs saying kids under 18 aren't allowed unattended, and attendants need to be older than 25, which means the place has been used as daycare, in the past.

So what the fuck.

During the early hours, it's a family joint. During the later hours it's a bar with a massive arcade for adults. You should have seen adult prizes and games geared more towards adults. For example, the one in Cleveland had a horse racing simulator that allowed people to train their own horses and then race then for money.

Nope. The only thing it didn't have was the child-hamster tubes. Same games.

And their website said "hundreds" of games. I bet the one in Livonia Michigan had... 50-75. No horse racing game.

edit - Well, now that I think about it, there was a poster in the ticket-prize-room that said you could turn your tickets in for appetizers, if you wanted to. But those were the only "adult" prizes.

Perhaps they were doing poorly at that location and just went the full chuck-e-cheese route?
