the margins are grocery stores are not much. There isn't a lot here to reduce.

Makes me wonder how many other buildings have issues.

You know there are builders going cheap or using unskilled labor. There's bound to be other buildings with problems, but I would hope the majority are solid.

It was built in the 1960s, and recently developers added on lots of stuff to make it bigger and convert it to residential.

Who the hell would want to live in that building now?

How could you not constantly wonder if it was truly fixed?
