I watched this without any idea what it was about and initially was super interested, and then, meh.

So do you think people travelled back in time, or did aliens come in the past and become people?

Well the trailer implies they travel back in time, so maybe they become Adam and Eve?
I don't know. They lost me at Jurassic Park.
Especially now that I know that T-Rex has great vision and raptors were more like turkeys than what was in the movies.
