Yay My Friend's HBOGo account!
Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, and Alan Arkin are old. They are all retirees from a steel company and their pension has been cut off. The steel company moves overseas and uses their pensions to pay off dets. So the old coots decide to get their money back by robbing the steel company's bank.
Directed by JD from Scrubs.
It's a "feel good" movie, so don't expect Heat.
The first 75% of the movie is entertaining and pretty damn funny. That's despite the fact that most of the jokes are age related. The last 25% is about the robbery and the aftermath. That part loses most of the funny for the feel good stuff.
Worth seeing.
