My young second cousin (I believe that's what she is...my cousin's daughter...) just self-published her first novel. It's on Amazon.

It's YA.

My oldest daughter, 12, read it and absolutely loved it. I should note that she did so after some trepidation about reading it because she didn't know what a gryphon was nor was she big into fantasy.

So if you know anyone of that age...

I noticed the book is on Kindle Unlimited. Looks like she gets 0.5 of 1 cent for each page read there? I cannot recall if my wife and I have KU or not.

Digital only?

I think digital to start, but I'm certain there's a hard copy on the way because she promised my daughter a signed copy.

I believe the sequel will be coming soon as well.

Update: Her FB page says paperbacks out by the end of this week.
