Stuff like this makes me think that.
I tell my kid he's going to have to deal with these people... I think he understand that a lot of times he is going to be confronted by insanity like this and just have to nod and smile.

Well shit, I guess this means most of the restaurants in this country are going to serve Mexican food ... because, you know, can't have those cooks appropriating food from other cultures.

Hmm, sounds like a culturally appropriated European tradition of a Lockian legal defense taken to the Nth degree by people whose ancestors culturally appropriated their way here on a boat (maybe so the local warlord/emperor/chief couldn't tell them what restaurants to open where), also probably built by someone not from their country. Fuckers couldn't even make their own.
Does this also now mean that it's immoral for old Asian women not to drive like goddamned maniacs?

That would be a good point if they were serving Mexican food. I think you just made the case that all of these Tex-Mex restaurants need to hire new cooks. They need a Mexican AND an American back there.
