Trailer.
We've seen the concept before, but this is a new variation. Looks promising.

Good way to save on sets, I guess.

Ha! I had that same thought.
Saw was setup the same way.

Meh.
Just a bunch of folks standing, in what is essentially a social experiment, and saying dumb things.
All your standard racist, misogynist, "women and children first", anti-gay, anti-trans, anti-rich, blah, blah, blah.
Because when faced with a crowd of people who can vote for their death, people will instead let everyone see how bigoted they are increasing their odds of dying.
The concept is fine aside from the lack of instructions. If you're running a social experiment to see how different folks deal with and judge one another, then allowing several of them to be killed before anyone knows what's happening is pretty dumb.
Unless it was one large sadistic circle jerk, in which case, why the ending?
It wasn't a terrible film, but I found the dialogue to be mostly crap. I will say that the pacing forced by the concept really keeps your interest.
I don't regret my viewing as I saw it for free. Yay Netflix!
