Apparently more "Young Adult" lit made into a movie.

Young men, once a month, wake up and find themselves with no memory in an island, with an already established society of young men who came before having a bit of... what was that movie with Ray Liotta on an island that was a prison? Sort of had that vibe. Except in this one they are in the middle of a giant maze that has monsters in it. Then one day something changes the status quo, and it has nothing to do with coming of age or finding oneself. So that's good.

I liked this better than last night's Divergent. It had less adolescent angst, more Lord of the Flies, and I also had a sense of Cube by the end. I find myself wondering if there is going to be a sequel because I would watch it.

I have never seen Cube. No video stores have it and Netflix only has it available via physical copy.

If I recall correctly, a few years ago when I wanted to watch it I had to borrow the internet's copy.

It was never widely distributed. Very much a cult film. Worth a view.

Was on in the background while I was coding. Seemed vaguely interesting if boringly executed until the last 20-30 minutes, at which point everything goes straight to hell.
