Analeigh Tipton is unemployed and coming off a bad breakup that has crushed her. Her friends convince her to get laid, so she goes online and meets Miles Teller. She heads to his house for some lovin' and they get snowed in so they're stuck together.
A bit of movie making 101 as the story is predictable, but Miles and Analeigh are pretty solid. They have good on screen chemistry, and both are written to be very charming, and far sharper than anyone their age in that situation in real life would be.
The ending gets pretty dumb due to the solution Miles' character uses to resolve the story line issue they're given.
This movie is carried by the acting and chemistry of its two stars. The story is pretty far fetched. The movie's not really great, not really bad. It's a movie I probably would have loved when I was younger and single because it would have "spoke to me". In fact, I'd absolutely recommend it to young, single people. Everyone else can skip it. Not that it's awful, but it's been done and there's really nothing about it that needs to be seen.
Analeigh Tipton is hot though despite her alienish looks. (That's a joke from the movie.)
