After the excellent John Wick, I decided to make tonight a Keanu double feature.
This movie is Keanu's directorial debut. It was apparently made in China, and is about a dude who works hard to master the peaceful form of Tai Chi, but then gets recruited by Keanu into an underground fighting ring when, conveniently, he needs money to Save The Temple. Very old-school kung fu movie, there. I can appreciate that.
Keanu has a few moments during which he breaks out of his his standard "Keanu Mannequin," and it is nice to see that.
All in all, good flick and worth watching. It has been in my Netflix queue for a while, so don't miss it and watch it sooner rather than later.
