Heard an interesting take on Boba Fett. It went a little something like this:

"Boba Fett sucks. Let's look at his body of work. He shows up trying to look bad ass, but is basically a stalker. Darth puts Han in Carbonite and hands him to Boba Fett. Fett delivers Han to Jabba, so he's basically FedEx. He then gets shot by a blind Han and launched into a space anus."

It was said that he's cooler in the extended universe, but I pointed out that the extended universe is no longer canon.

Maybe this isn't the character who should be getting a solo film. Although, maybe this is why he needs one so badly.

Anybody who flies his own spaceship around gets one cool point, automatically, even in that universe.

To have Darth Vader know your name and reputation, cool point.

Actually back-talks Darth Vader ("He's not worth anything to me dead"), and gets away with it, cool point. Imperial officers were killed for less.

He was macking on bitches in Jabba's Palace, in I think an extended scene. One-half cool point.

I think, from what we have seen in the movies, the scale tips toward "cool."

He just looks cool. I loved him as a kid, my favorite action figure.

I was so pissed about Deadpool. Especially since they actually casted the perfect smart ass to play him.

So his show on D+.

I watched it when it was all done. Heard bad things beforehand.

It was... Ok. I didn't mind the things that were criticized, his building up himself.directly after getting swallowed by Sarlac, which is where this show begins.

I kinda didn't like they destroyed all mystique. We see him getting his ass kicked left and right. In Mandolorian, he shows up out of nowhere and starts killing Stormtroopers with a gaffie stick and is all awesome. Not so much in this show.

That being said, this show wasn't as terrible as I was led to believe. I'm just not sure the character arc they gave him is befitting of supposedly the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy.
