1. This movie is currently available on the "free" movie service "Crackle."
2. Crackle is a "free" movie service... they have a D+ selection of movies, you don't need an account or anything, but about every 10 minutes you have to watch a rotation of 3 30 second commercials. Sometimes you get the same commercial 3 times in a row. It's too frequent and breaks the pacing of whatever you are watching.
3. The movie itself is very meh. I was hoping to get a sequel to Heavy Metal, instead I got something completely unrelated. There was obvious advertising for the game of this movie, in the movie. The cartoon sex does not deliver in spite of having a soft-core porn star as the voice and body model for the heroine, and the music is not a character like it was in the first movie. The movie's original title was Heavy Metal: FAKK 2 which was a vague inference to the movie saying "fuck you." But in the context of the movie, in which they say that phrase a few times, it doesn't make a lot of sense. They claim it stands for a planet deemed off-limits with the level of FAKK 2 - Federation Assigned Ketogenic Killzone, level 2.... but they dont' explain what, or why, and it becomes the villain's catchphrase for no apparent reason.
Anyway, this movie is a mess, and the sex doesn't deliver, so there isn't much reason to watch it unless you are a completionist.
