If I were Disney, I'd minimize my # of employees, especially foreign ones. But I don't actually know how they have it structured.

That would make sense to avoid paying benefits. I think you're probably right. However, responsibility for them still falls on Disney. For example: If my company hires a cleaning crew for nights and one of them rapes a regular employee, both companies are getting sued.

Relevant: Background checks and pre-employment screening are very overlooked, and even when done, many of the companies doing it do a shit job.
