My buddy still has a Nintendo. We occasionally have party nights centered on it.

Couple years ago, a different friend of mine calls me over to his place. After a bit he says, "Check out what I got at the Mall of America today. It's a console that plays NES, SNES, and Sega games."

"Damn, I haven't played Sega in a bit. Last time I did, I think it was ... ah fuck, some game where you'd fly around in different vehicles, but there was always a chopper you had, it was something Strike. Oh yeah, Jungle Strike."

"I also picked up a few cartridges," he remarks as he pulls out goddamn Jungle Strike.

Sold my cousin my Atari 2800 at least a decade ago. He still has it and breaks out it every now and again. Lots of working games (I think only Chuck Norris wouldn't work), joysticks, paddles. I miss that thing. I miss them all. I don't fucking know why.
