The girl driving the Jungle Cruise boat had serious rug burn on her knees. Will post the pic when I get home. Don't want it on facebook, don't want her fired or anything, heh

Drove back in one shot. Got in during the wee hours. My head feels like there are 2 guys with hammers in it, and they are being dicks.

Disney's halloween parade is so good that I ensure that when we go,we purposely choose this time.of year. And when we are not here we watch it on youtube. Cedar point's version, and I am not exaggerating, is horribly embarrassing compared.to disney. Having seen it once I know I never want to go back to cp on the halloweekends because I might be exposed to it again.
Here it is. Recorded on my cell phone so apologies for the quality, but I really love how they blend the music from theme to theme. The concept of the parade is that all of the attractions from the park go on a Halloween parade... the attractions themselves. Go on parade. So it's neat.

It was both knees, but I was trying to be subtle so I didn't really get a good shot.

Just finished a Disney cruise + a 4-day/park stay at Disney.
Disney's fun, but I'm surprised at how bad they are at a lot of things. Especially the food. And efficiency.

Our last trip 2 years ago was miles worse by way of customer service, than previous years. The shuttles especially were screwed up. We stayed at the Animal Kingdom resort... whatever it is called. They send the shuttles to our area, hit the other hotel first every time, then hit ours.... but the shuttle kept filling up at the other hotel, and they would not stop at ours at all. Sometimes we were waiting over an hour for a shuttle, which would be ALMOST full and was then always packed in and standing room only. Every time there were people left behind who couldn't fit on the bus. Not cool.
And one morning we got up and there were still dirty dishes out in a public area from 8 hours ago, the night before. Disney is slacking. But as they keep raising their ticket prices because they keep hitting capacity... apparently they think they can afford to cut some corners as long as they are still filling the parks. It's too bad, it tarnishes their brand.

Yeah, it seems to be a lot more about $ than magic. I mean, I get it, it's a business, but it may as well be Mcdonalds or Starbucks.
Hell, tear down 90% of Disney dining, replace them with Applebee's, and the world would come out ahead.
