He could shake things up with a headline grabbing speech. Maybe really attack the two party system and talk about how the voters who think they have to vote R or D are slaves to it.

Something controversial just to get attention. He won't win this election, but if he were to get invited to the same stage it'd be a huge step in the right direction.

Hell, when question about his controversial statement he could explain it away as just shooting off his mouth to get attention, then point at Trump and say, "Like this guy." Then he can say, but now that I have your attention, I don't have to act like a drunken carnival barker and we can discuss real issues.

Gary couldn't shake up a can of paint if Michael J. Fox was holding it. I hope he makes a dent, but I'm not seeing it.

WikiLeaks releases thousand(s) of Hillary's emails.

A general was fired for one sensitive email getting out.

Hillary is going to walk away without even a slap on the wrist AND she'll probably become president...

The US government released these emails, they were not hacked.
According to the release, the emails were obtained from the US State Department after they issued a Freedom of Information Act request.

FBI indicates they won't recommend pressing charges. Of course, this fix was broadcast well aware of time since Obama announced he would be out on the campaign trail with Hillary three hours after the FBI presser.

This is why Texas should vacate the SCOTUS decision. We are no longer a nation of laws.

It was all the emails she was sending via an unsecured server, which is illegal.

Unsecured server is not illegal, depending on the content of said emails, and other extenuating circumstances.

Actual verbage of law rather than talking heads on TV...
Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18): With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust.
Article is a good read.

Try Section 2 here for ACTUAL verbiage plus history of the law.

That entire article is laughable. What makes all of this ridiculous is the statement from the FBI Director that just because they aren't pursuing charges in this case doesn't mean they won't pursue them against others (meaning people not named Clinton).

Dan Abrams (the guy that wrote this article) is a political hack of the highest order. He is justifying her having material on her server by repeating her lie that nothing she had there was marked classified. First off, this is a lie, but even if it were true, it doesn't matter as anyone that's worked in the intelligence community can attest. One of the things on her server was sat images of N. Korea. Those will always be classified, even if they haven't been marked as classified. Buck Sexton was a CIA Analyst during the Bush administration and he's been clear on this. ANYONE in the intelligence community that has been read in will tell you this was a crime. That's why they keep parading private sector lawyers around rather than intelligence community members.

Here's another article with a couple more statutes she was in violation of.

As Professor Laurie Levinson explained in the National Law Journal...

More than likely. The FBI just laid out that she did everything she was accused of. The biggest elephant in the room is that she destroyed State Department material. There were some emails that were turned over by third parties that Hillary never turned over because she'd deleted them. That was a violation right there (and the reason they don't allow outside servers).

Don't get me wrong, I never believed she would she would be indicted. If you think the same administration that used the IRS as a political weapon against citizens that opposed him wouldn't use the FBI and the DoJ as he wishes, then you're just being intentionally stupid.

I'm wondering when the last time the FBI closed an investigation on a subject within 48 hours of interviewing said suspect? This was all Kabuki Theater.

The FBI stated that State Department material was likely there. Not that she destroyed it, as it was un-proveable, once destroyed. :)

I'm thinking they had a DVD player and watched a movie (though probably not 13 Hours).

On a related note, how big of a schmuck does THIS guy feel like?
