I like Blockbuster because you get the coupons that you can get for the hot new release you just can't wait for.
If you are worried about a multi-disk season taking up 3 selections or something, don't. At first, your que is full of must see now movies that you wish all of them were at the top. After the first month (assuming you are watching and returning at a good pace) your que empties out and you've seen all your must sees. Then you are adding things that really aren't interesting, but you'd take the time to watch ocationally adding some new release stuff into the que. I've had BB for a while now, and todays movies were:

Corky Romano
Finding Neverland
The Manchurian Candidate

Last round wasn't much better. So, at first you think you just can't get all the movies you want to watch quick enough. Within a month or so, you are really searching for things to put into your que.

At least that's what I've found.

Oh ya, as far as bad DVD's, I've gotten a couple. I would report it on the website and they would ship a new one out the next day without waiting to get the bad one back from me. So, it's not like it was a total wast of a que slot or anything. Netflix probably does something similar though.

Heh. I must be a freak.

Netflix has a maximum que size of 500, and I set up two ques so that's 1000. I also have a backup list of things to add whenever there's space, with another 800 on it. Blockbuster only has 80 on it, because I only put certain things there that I can't get from Netflix (when I want a special edition or something).

Hell, I got 200+ in the Netflix queue. Gotta watch all the important shit before I leave the country.
