I don't know if Malcolm or Worse is enough. There's a person near me who posts political signs in his front yard with the fervor of a person who posts bible verses... that's what it reminds me of. That person must be flagged. But I don't know if that's as bad as Malcolm.

Well, just cause you have that paperwork, doesn't mean it's official official. A lot of people get that just so they can take their pets with them.
