On the one hand, it doesn't require hiring anyone based on skin color. It just gets them an interview.

On the other hand, he's not wrong that it, technically, is racist.

Any rules, policies, laws, etc. that give preferential treatment based on skin color (gender, sexual preference, etc.), even if the intentions are good, need to be eliminated.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish Rodgers would tell the Steelers he's returning.

I don't want them worrying about grabbing a QB in the draft.

Go into the season with Rodgers, Howard (the current and official #1), and Rudolph, and see what's what. Then worry about QB later if Howard doesn't pan out. The QB of the future is not in this class.
