Two different females of color on CNN, one presenting the news (who has apologized on X) and one on a panel, said the two pipe bombs in NYC were an attempt on Mayor Mamdani's life. The one on the panel, even when immediately corrected by a black male R, still tried to stick to her guns and frame it as anti-Muslim sentiment and right wing violence.

(Hell, I'd concede to her that second part because the Muslim belief system is very much in line with the extreme far right.)

I've seen the videos in context, and yes, they absolutely did do this live on air.

If you don't know, the pipe bombs were thrown at a very small group of anti-Muslim protestors. They were protesting in front of Mamdani's home. Mandani and his wife weren't even in town.

Then ABC News broke a story yesterday about Iran planning to use drones to attack CA that got everyone worked up. As it turned out, these were unverified rumors. ABC News knew that, but reported anyway and left out the "unverified" part.

I'm hearing Tucker Carlson might be in deep shit. I just saw he even released a video discussing that a criminal case is being built against him by the feds.

Why? Discussions he had with Iran before the war. He might be the reason we knew of a planned attack, and not because he told anyone...
