Malone

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Synopsis:
Made in '87. The title character is a one-man A-Team, except he'll gladly shoot you in the face point blank or suffocate you with plastic wrap.

Review:
If you're in trouble, if no one else can help, if you can find him, and the villains piss him off just because, maybe you can hire ... Burt Reynolds as Malone.

An ex-CIA man, Burt's taking some time off and his car breaks down on the way, conveniently near a small town garage staffed by a single father and his daughter who are being pressured to sell their land by a gang of ruthless thugs. Yes, this reads exactly like a plot from the TV series.

Verdict:
A throwback to the "one man army" era of movies, but still enjoyable in a mindless way.
