I'm glad to see that Trion held up on their promise to grant a free 30 day patron pass to those who bought founders packs. They first gave us 4 days for the botched headstart, so my patron was supposed to end on the 20th (yesterday) so i bought another 30 days on Saturday just incase they didn't hold to their promise. Well, as of late lastnight they finally granted the extra 30 days. I can't help but think they did this to try and scare people into buying extra time before patron expired, thats some shady tactics if ya ask me.

There's a lot of what they do that seems shady. Mainly because the whole game is designed Zynga style. I realize that was intentional because the audience it was originally designed for (Koreans) dig this way of gaming, but still...
Cake's prediction for the TS log market was the exact opposite of what's happening. Prices are going up, and traveling around I'm not seeing any TS trees in people's farms.
Someone found my small (20 trees), hidden pine farm. They uprooted most of the trees. I don't get that behavior. Why uproot trees? Someone in court is trying to justify uprooting because they pay taxes, and people who do the "illegal farms" don't. They got 21 minutes in prison.
My alt was doing a quest last night called "Malcolm's Madness". Seems right.
I'll soon have two large scarecrow farms and 2 scarecrow garden, although I'm not sure where I'd have room for the gardens once the 2nd farm is in. Anyone want my placed aquafarm? Everything grown there is for handicrafting. I might get to that someday, but right now the aquafarm is not necessary.

There is a house that sits right behind mine that is going to opening up on Saturday at 8pm. Its right along the mountain path that everyone takes to get the the merchants so i'm sure there are alot of people aware of this. I'm thinking of making an alt myself just for another large farm but space is going to be hard to find, this may be a chance to get something right in our neighborhood but prolly be hard to get.

There are about 5 houses in our area scheduled for demo this weekend. First one is around 4am on Saturday. If you guys would just camp one, it's not that hard to get them. Going to try to get my wife's character's large farm as well.
And I saw that the prices were going up as well, but, all of the auctions are expiring. Many at less than 2 hours. Just because people are posting them at that price, doesn't mean people are buying them. That lunarite dust you handed off to me is like that. Checked the market and saw that it was going to be worth about 45 gold. None of it sold. Tons of listing for less than mine. Listed them again, none of it sold, all listing are lower than mine. So, people are putting it up there, but no one is buying any. I've come to the conclusion that it's worthless (doesn't make very high level items) and will be burning it all up training alchemy. I still think the logs are over priced (as they have been), only now, no one is buying them. I also notice people spamming logs for sale, but I don't see messages about people buying them.

The farm wagon cost a shit ton of gilda though. Maybe not a shit ton. 50+ I think, though. I don't know. Whatever.
As far as the rumor, I read it once, maybe twice, on reddit maybe? So, very weak rumor.
I have a boat now. Bought and built it last night. Our other boat owners are MIA all the time.
Behind your farm: I was running around with a small farm deed checking house boundaries, as well as house conditions. I tried placing it in various places where other stuff was, and it kept saying "Can't place on a steep slope." They may have fixed/tweaked the house placement rules.
Lastly. With another down time today. During semi-prime time for North American players, I feel like they are pretty much laughing at us now saying "Fuck you customers. You can suck our down time in it's goat ass." I really feel like they are just trolling and trying to be dicks with these down time windows.

Well, it's not like I can build a Farm Cart right now anyway. I've got no TS logs, and I'm not going to pay for something I've gotten for free twice now.
My alt is doing the donkey reward run right now. He's just outside the city where he turns in the pack. I believe the large farm is the next run? So if I can get a ride over there tonight or tomorrow we'll know what can fit pretty quickly.

The downtime has been ridiculous, and better companies would be offering their players something as compensation. Riot would be giving everyone free skins or prime time.
The very least they should be doing is extending everyone's Patron status to reflect the outage times. If they wanted to go the extra mile, they could put 2 worker's comp potions in everyone's pack or an expansion scroll.

When you do your farm trade in, I'm going to as well. I've become a pretty good apprentice sea ninja. I was ninja'ing under a sea battle last night waiting for a trade pack to fall that I could stealth off with. None fell and the boats skittered away. The Dahuta's Bubble potion is fun.
Good thing we are rich and building extra boats is no big deal.

First alliance trade run. 120+ players from 6 different guilds, 4 merchant ships, 2 cutters, handful of clippers. That raid party? We had 2 of those completely full =D
Made 2 runs total. First run was a massive success, second run wasn't so great, we ran it at about 1/3 strength, and didn't have enough help on the island to clear the mass of reds. Blew up an enemy galleon too. Things are getting bigger, we've formed quite the alliance so far, very strong.
I turned in a good 30 trade packs tonight! Had lots of people carrying them for me. Worked out great.

Everyone needs to keep throwing logs my way so I can process them to continue boosting carpentry cheaper than making bows.
