Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus
This is right up Sci-Fi/SyFy's alley. & Lorenzo's. There's no way it's NOT genuine.TPRJones wrote:Someone please tell me this is a joke, this is not really a movie someone is making.

I saw this on the shelves at the rental store and had to get it.
I am happy to say that this film does not disappoint. It is incredibly horrible. One of those rare films that is so bad that you enjoy watching it.
The whole thing is amateur hour. From top to bottom everyone involved turned in a shitty performance.
Bad acting? Check
Bad direction? Check
Bad camerawork? Check
Bad editing? Check
Low budget? Check
Horrible special effects? Check
Shots used over and over and presented as new? Check
Illogical story and bad dialogue? Check
Pointless romance? Check
This movie has it all.
The story has two giants from Earth's past getting released from an icy prison thanks to the military using illegal equipment and global warming. (Way to stay unpredictable Hollywood!)
Anyway, after that things really get silly. Nothing in this film makes sense. The love connection is pointless and comes out of nowhere. There are so many flaws that it's impossible to list them all here, but I will say that one of the best is the octopus losing two limbs yet having them later.
Just a terrible, terrible film and everyone involved should commit ritual suicide.
If you love camp and watching terrible films, this is a must see.
1 out of 10.
The one point is for giving "Plan 9 From Outer Space" some company on the list of worst films ever made. Kudos!
